We provide detailed product images from different angles along with size references to help you understand the product better before placing your order. We also showcase close-up images of the fabric and material so you can get a clear idea of the product quality.

Since our products are carefully packed and delivered after quality inspection, we follow a limited return and exchange policy. Once a product is opened or used, it may not be possible to resell it.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@nivyacommerce.com before your order is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

A 2% cancellation charge will be applicable for approved cancellation requests made before dispatch.
